Payment Policy

The Soak House accepts secure online payment for all orders. Because we sell high-value equipment, payments are verified before orders are processed.

Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
• Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• PayPal.
• Shop Pay Installments, where eligible, for flexible monthly payments.

Currency

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment authorization

Your payment method is authorized at checkout. For high-value orders, payment may be captured once the order is reviewed and confirmed for processing. If we cannot verify a payment, we may request additional information or cancel the order.

Security

Payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. The Soak House does not store your full card details.

Fraud prevention

Orders may be reviewed for fraud indicators. We reserve the right to request identity verification or to refuse or cancel any order where fraud is suspected.
