Billing Terms and Conditions

These billing terms apply to all purchases made through The Soak House.

Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices, promotions, and financing offers may change at any time before an order is placed.

Payment terms

Full payment is due at the time of order unless a financing option (such as Shop Pay Installments) is selected at checkout. Your payment method is authorized at checkout and captured when the order is confirmed for processing.

Taxes

Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout based on the delivery address.

Receipts and invoicing

An order confirmation and receipt are emailed after purchase. Contact us if you need a formal invoice for your records.

Billing errors

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact hello@thesoakhouse.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review and correct any verified error promptly.

Disputed charges

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly once we can review the order together.

Refunds and credits

Refunds are handled under our Refund and Return Policy and are issued to the original payment method.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
